The Brief
Living Ventures are the brand behind some of the best restaurants and bars in the North-east. One of their greatest challenges is finding good people to join their team. They wanted a video that had a young, social media feel about it whilst also making Living Ventures restaurants and bars look like a fun place to work.
Our Creative Solution
We knew that our target market were mainly millennials who would be seeing our video via social media. As 80% of Facebook users watch video with the sound off, we knew this video had to work without sound. We concentrated on colourful graphics and impactful messages about the Living Ventures brand to communicate their message. The editing style is fast and punchy, ideal for the younger generation who can absorb a huge volume of information very easily.
The Result
This film now provides an invaluable tool to accompany conventional recruitment activity and gives the brand a modern/current image that not only resonates with their target audience but also gives them an edge over their competitors.
