From start to finish, the process takes from 1 – 4 weeks to complete depending on how many videos you require. This includes a strategy session with you, reaching out to your customers, setting up the filming and then editing the videos.
We find that most people are delighted to be able to give something back to a business that provided them with a service. If they are worried about their “performance” on camera then we reassure them and guide them through this process. For many of your customers, this is also an opportunity to promote what they do so it’s a win, win situation.
Almost no work if you don’t want to! We do all the heavy-lifting for you so the process is easy and straight-forward. You can be as involved as little or as much as you like. Provided you are happy for us to do so, we will reach out to your customers to see if they are happy to take part. We make all the arrangements for filming and film them at a time and place that is convenient to them. If you want to attend you can, but it isn’t expected. We then edit the video and send it to you for review.
Absolutely! We film some additional cutaways with your customers while on location so it isn’t just a “talking head”. If you want to include your own material such as photographs, slides or footage, then we can also do this.
We always aim for a seamless experience for your customer with minimal disruption. Our two-man crew (Producer and Camera operator) will come to a location that is convenient to your customer. We will liaise with them beforehand to ensure we have an appropriate space to do the filming which will not disrupt their office. The producer will interview the person using a set of questions that have been predetermined. We’re looking for natural soundbites that don’t sound rehearsed or scripted.
Yes. We offer you two opportunities to feedback on the finished video. We send you the finished video along with a feedback form for you to fill out. You can then make notes on what you like or don’t like and then we will make amendments to the video.
We provide you with a Video Testimonial Marketing Action Plan when we deliver the finished videos. This gives you guidance on all the ways you can leverage your testimonials to get the maximum result.
We offer free hosting via our professional Vimeo account. This means you can easily embed the video on your website without any player branding. We’ll provide you with a link to use and the embed code to pass on to your web developer.
